Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of Part 7, Division 3, of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA 1999), the conditions of Disposal at Sea Permit No. 4543-2-03606 are amended as follows. The amendment is published on the CEPA registry on Tuesday, July 28, 2015.

5. Disposal site(s):

(a) Cape Mudge Disposal Site, within a 0.5-nautical-mile radius of 49.96166° N, 125.08333° W (NAD83);

(b) Comox (Cape Lazo) Disposal Site, within a 0.5-nautical-mile radius of 49.69500° N, 124.74166° W (NAD83);

(c) Five Finger Island Disposal Site, within a 0.5-nautical-mile radius of 49.25333° N, 123.91166° W (NAD83);

(d) Malaspina Strait Disposal Site, within a 0.5-nautical-mile radius of 49.75000° N, 124.45000° W (NAD83);

(e) Point Grey Disposal Site, within a 1-nautical-mile radius of 49.25666° N, 123.36500° W (NAD83);

(f) Thornbrough Channel Disposal Site, within a 0.25-nautical-mile radius of 49.51666° N, 123.47166° W (NAD83); and

(g) Watts Point Disposal Site, within a 0.25-nautical-mile radius of 49.64166° N, 123.23500° W (NAD83).
