Disposal at Sea Permit No. 4543-2-03574, Amended

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of Part 7, Division 3, of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, the conditions of Disposal at Sea Permit No. 4543-2-03574 are amended as follows and published on the CEPA Registry on Tuesday, June 10, 2014:
9. Total quantity to be disposed of: Not to exceed 120 000 cubic metres, place measure.
15.2. The loading and disposal at sea referred to under this permit shall be carried out in accordance with the mitigation measures summarized in the report titled “Environmental Protection Plan – Fraser River Pile & Dredge (GP) Inc. – Disposal at Sea Permit 4543-2-03574” (Updated May 2014).
