Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 127 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA 1999), the conditions of Disposal at Sea Permit No. 4543-2-06817 are amended as follows. The amendment is published on the CEPA Registry on Tuesday, December 8, 2015.
3. Duration of permit: Permit is valid from January 1, 2016, to December 31, 2016.
