Disposal at sea permit No. 4543-2-03595, amended

Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 127 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, the conditions of Disposal at Sea Permit No. 4543-2-03595 are amended as follows. The amendment is published on the CEPA Registry on Tuesday, February 10, 2015.

9. Total quantity to be disposed of: Not to exceed 210 000 cubic metres, place measure.

15.2. The loading and disposal at sea referred to under this permit shall be carried out in accordance with the mitigation measures summarized in the report titled “BD Hall Constructors Corp. – Loading and Disposal at Sea of Excavated Material – Disposal at Sea Permit # 4543‑2-03595” (Updated February 2015).
