Disposal at Sea Permit No. 4543-2-03592, Amended

Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 127 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, the conditions of Disposal at Sea Permit No. 4543-2-03592 are amended as follows. The amendment is published on the CEPA Registry on Tuesday, September 30, 2014.

9. Total quantity to be disposed of: Not to exceed 400 000 metres, place measure.

15.2. The loading and disposal at sea referred to under this permit shall be carried out in accordance with the mitigation measures summarized in the report titled “BelPacific Excavating & Shoring Ltd. – Loading and Disposal at Sea of Excavated Material from Various Sites in the City of Vancouver, British Columbia and nearby Municipalities – Disposal at Sea Permit # 4543-2-03592” (Updated September 2014).
