Disposal at Sea Permit No. 4543-2-03584, Amended

Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 127 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, the conditions of Disposal at Sea Permit No. 4543-2-03584 are amended as follows and published on the CEPA Registry on Tuesday, February 25, 2014.

4. Loading site(s): BC Ferries, Fleet Maintenance Unit (Deas Dock) Basin, Richmond, British Columbia, at approximately 49.12367°N, 123.08567°W (NAD83), as described in the drawing titled “BC Ferries Fleet Maintenance Unit – Proposed Dredge Application – DWG no. 80-01-104-P1” (December 2013) submitted in support of the permit application.

9. Total quantity to be disposed of: Not to exceed 84 000 cubic metres, place measure.
