Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA 1999), the conditions of Disposal at Sea Permit No. 4543-2-03642 are varied and approved as follows. The amendment is published on the CEPA Registry on Tuesday, July 12, 2016.
