Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 127 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA 1999), the conditions of Disposal at Sea Permit No. 4543-2-03621 are amended and approved as follows. The amendment is published on the CEPA Registry on Tuesday, October 13, 2015.
9. Total quantity to be disposed of: Not to exceed 2 000 000 cubic metres, place measure.
