Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 127 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA 1999), the conditions of Disposal at Sea Permit No. 4543-2-06852 are amended as follows. The amendment is published on the CEPA Registry on Tuesday, June 23, 2015.

9. Total quantity to be disposed of:

(a) Loggiecroft: Not to exceed 18 000 cubic metres, place measure.

(b) Blacklands Gully: Not to exceed 18 000 cubic metres, place measure.

(e) Pointe-Sapin: Not to exceed 16 000 cubic metres, place measure.

(h) Saint-Edouard-de-Kent: Not to exceed 20 000 cubic metres, place measure.
