Disposal at Sea Permit No. 4543-2-06801, Amended

Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of Part 7, Division 3, of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, the conditions of Permit No. 4543-2-06801 are amended as follows and published on the CEPA Registry on Tuesday, May 20, 2014.

4. Loading site(s): Hebron bund wall centre, Great Mosquito Cove, Trinity Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador, at approximately 47.81015° N, 53.88498° W (NAD83). The loading activities authorized by this permit are restricted to the following locations: Hebron Project Bund Wall, and Topside Pier Areas A, B and C, as described in Figure A-1 submitted in support of the permit application.

5. Disposal site(s): Hebron Disposal Site, Great Mosquito Cove, Trinity Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador, bound by 47.81205° N, 53.87340° W, 47.81080° N, 53.86540° W, 47.80677° N, 53.86677° W, and 47.80804° N, 53.87478° W (NAD83) as described in the drawing titled “Disposal Site Atl-558: Mosquito Cove (Hebron)” (March 17, 2014), provided by the Department of the Environment.
