Under CEPA 1999, the Minister is mandated to publish, in the Canada Gazette and/or in any other manner that the Minister considers appropriate, or to give public notice of, a variety of information pertaining to activities that take place under the Act.

The notices in this section have been organized according to the date (and volume) on which they were published in Part I of the Canada Gazette, the official parliamentary journal of the government. Canada Gazette notices, orders and regulations are presented in two formats: PDF format and HTML (Hypertext Markup Language).
